Paul has been amazing! Had to quickly renovate a bungalow in a month and Paul was a massive help. He plastered all my walls, removed an old fireplace and installed a new one, decorated and fixed lots of problems I was having in the house without hesitation. Life saver! Very well priced, very friendly and couldn't recommend highly enough!

Very disappointed in the quality of workman ship. The estimate was to remove mortar and replace with new mortar next to the lead as there was egress of rain water coming through to a flats ceiling. All that was completed very poorly was the use of Leadmate. A few weeks later after a heavy storm and rain the water started to come into the flat again. I spoke to Mr Voller about the repairs and he said he would do it again. However I lost confidence in his companies ability to complete the repairs properly. I engaged another roofer who charged us £400 but completed the repairs properly.

Working with Paul has been an outstanding experience. He quickly identified many issues caused by the previous company, which created extra work and delays. Despite this, Paul never took advantage of the situation or tried to charge more. Instead, he explained everything clearly and showed me the most cost-effective and efficient way to fix the problems that had already gone wrong. His professionalism, integrity, and genuine dedication to his work truly impressed me. Paul is by far the most trustworthy professional I've worked with, someone who genuinely puts his clients' best interest first.

I previously hired HA Plastering, and the work was extremely poor - full of shortcuts and mistakes that left me with a difficult mess to fix. Finding someone willing to take over was nearly impossible. Thankfully, I found Paul from Neptune Construction on Checkatrade. He didn’t take advantage of the situation like others. Instead, he clearly explained the correct solutions, worked efficiently with the resources available, arrived on time at 8am every day, and kept my home clean. Paul’s professionalism, integrity, and respect gave me complete peace of mind. I’m truly grateful I found him.

Needed a wall plastered quickly. Put job on Checkatrade Sunday. Paul called Monday, prepared the wall Tuesday evening and finished Wednesday evening. Tidy job and best of all, he arrived exactly when he said he would despite short notice. Highly recommend this gentleman.
