Really impressed by the overall service, from the initial phone conversation with Hayley in booking the appointment friendly and professional. On the day of the appointment got a phone call from Ryan in advance of his attending to tell me he was on his way. Within moments of Ryan’s arrival and discussion the issue with the Hive thermostat he had diagnosed the problem and having checked I was happy with the price to replace, he sourced a replacement thermostat and fitted the same day. Very informative about what had gone wrong and what was required to fix it. Highly recommended.

My old boiled broke one night and I posted my job that evening. These guys were out by 11am the next day to take a look. I’m really pleased how quickly this was looked within 72 hours I’d had my old boiler looked at, removed and replaced. Really impressed with the job from start to finish. Communication has been fantastic, really efficient and clear. Massive thanks to Tom and Turrell for a great job, really clean and tidy work and absolutely no fuss and kept me updated on progress throughout the replacement work.
