David was absolutely fantastic. Quick to get in touch when I messaged on check a trade and gave a diagnosis from my description of the issue. He was around within the hour and the problem was resolved in approx 10 mins. I really appreciated his honesty when he looked at the lock, I was initially quoted one fee but when David saw that the lock was fine and just needed grinding and realignment the bill was halved.
