In the most stressful situation, David was the most kind and friendly person to give ring and help us out. After losing my key and panicking I called NE Locksmiths and David was super nice and offered to help straight away. He went the extra mile to help me get to the house after being stuck a while away. Veryy reasonably priced and amazing service! Got the locks sorted in record time and even upgraded my very old locks. Really appreciated the effort and kindness of Davids service, couldn't recommend enough!!

David contacted me by telephone and fully explained the two solutions to repair/replace the lock, giving the price for best case scenario and price for worst case. Arrived about 45 minutes after phone contact, explained what he was doing and what he found. Unfortunately it was the worst case scenario, he replaced what was required and serviced the other moving parts of the locking mechanism and finished off by making an adjustment to the door. Very satisfied with the service provided

I had problems with the locking and alignment on 3 external doors. David fixed all 3 problems, including installing a new 5-lever lock in an hour. All doors are now 100%. Price was reasonable for the work involved. Would definitely recommend.
