Very professional company, everyone is very efficient, knowledgeable, organised, friendly and helpful and everyone is always a pleasure to speak to The engineer was prompt, he serviced the boiler and found a problem, he rang Baxi, checked that they had the part and that the boiler was still under warranty and made an early appointment for me. I also asked for a quote for some replacement radiators and I'm going ahead as I'm so impressed with the service and expertise and the quote was reasonable.
