  Guy who came round (think he was called Callum) was really good and friendly. Found a problem, went out to purchase a part and fitted it all in about 90 mins so super fast and efficient

  Had asked for a service and check for any faults. Craig did the service and was very helpful talking me through it and putting me in touch with the boiler supplier for the warranty. As there were no faults I wasn’t charged for anything but the service. They confirmed the appointment and give you a 3 hour window when they’ll turn up

  I had a problem with a leak that came through to my kitchen ceiling. It wasn't at all obvious where it was coming from. It ended up needing a new valve in thr main water tank, new pipework to replace badly installed pipework, and further a secure cap put on a overflow pipe that was also involved in the leak. The two plumbers who were involved at various times in this work, one more so than the other, we're polite, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions that I might put to them. I found them to be competant, efficient and totally professional in their work. Office staff also .

  Excellent service, Neil Rhucroft Heating arrived just as planned, the technician 'Craig' stripped the boiler, cleaned it fully and far more comprehensively than it had ever been done in the past with previous companies. He explained everything that was relevant and diagnosed the small fault. The part will be ordered and they will return soon to replace. Will use in them the future.
