Craig serviced my boiler and identified a problem that I was having with my motorised diverter valve . I requested a quote for a replacement and he arrived promptly a couple of days later to fit a complete new valve . He was polite and courteous . He done a full test of the new valve installation and fully explained its operation

Craig was really professional, quickly getting to the root of the problem, advising the best solution possible in the circumstances, and then quickly and efficiently effecting the repair. Excellent service, well pleased, thoroughly recommended !!!

Had lovely lad Craig to move the old stopcock along the other side of wall Turned up when he said he was he was very polite and friendly He just got on with the job and when he finished he cleaned up after himself and checked everything was working as it should i highly recommend this firm they have done several jobs for our family and we have always been pleased with their work thank you so much Can i also say Jen who arranges my jobs is always happy to try and help as soon as she can and replies to my questions asap thanks Jen
