First appointment was for annual boiler service. The visit was booked for the morning but the man came in the afternoon, without any communication from the office. Fortunately there was someone in all afternoon. The boiler was cleaned thoroughly, but some old seals disintegrated, spares not carried, and the gas supply was disconnected. A second appointment was originally for 2 weeks later, but the office called to offer us a cancellation slot, which was then changed because of an overrun on another job. In the end, the repair was carried out earlier than expected. All working OK now.

This is the third time we have used Neil Rhucroft's company, previously for gas fire and boiler service, and today for the replacement of a leaking kitchen tap. All work completed by Callum, who called at agreed time, assessed work, kept us informed of work to be done and completed to a high standard with a friendly polite manner. Would recommend to anyone wanting a reliable local firm, with reliable friendly staff.

Work carried out excellently by Craig, he figured out the issues with our non-functioning radiators quickly and carried out some on the spot repairs of our boiler to get the system back in order. Would highly recommend!
