Good communications with company before and after work carried out. Company provided options on the central heating repair that would be needed with advice on the best option for a long-term solution, which I chose. Company was not able to carry out work on the first date chosen but I was kept informed promptly of the delay and given an alternative date. Repair was completed in a timely manner with minimum disruption and no mess left.
