  Neil answered our initial enquiry and all subsequent comms promptly. We were overdue a boiler service and on inspection, it required a bit of additional work which Neil explained and quoted for before ordering parts and coming back to complete. Really happy with the service and will use Neil again for future work.

  Good communications with company before and after work carried out. Company provided options on the central heating repair that would be needed with advice on the best option for a long-term solution, which I chose. Company was not able to carry out work on the first date chosen but I was kept informed promptly of the delay and given an alternative date. Repair was completed in a timely manner with minimum disruption and no mess left. I was happy with cost of work and would be happy to use company again.
