    Switched my gas back on after a visit from the fire brigade.

    Following a visit from the fire brigade and SGN after my carbon monoxide detector kept alarming, I was grateful that Neil checked it was safe for my gas to be switched back. His communication was excellent, as well as his work. Thank you Neil.

    Neil was superb from the get go, responding to my request in minutes. He was so flexible and his customer service was second to none, turning and completing the task when he did allowed my project to stay on track. I really rate Neil and would highly recommend him.

    Boiler and hot water tank service

    Neil has been our trusted heating engineer for years, he is reliable and pragmatic. He has helped keep the house heated when our old boiler was on it's last legs, fitted the new one at a competitive price with pragmatic advice about options, and continues to service the new boiler, often fitting us in at short notice. 10/10.

    Boiler service let down on more than one occasion

    Neil installed a replacement boiler in Jan 23 in a rental property. I was delighted with the job so left a + review. I asked him to service the boiler last year - he said he'd be in touch to organise but heard nothing. Time passed & I realised it'd been nearly 2 yrs since install so called him on 5 Feb to ask if he could service the boiler - he said he'd be in touch with a date - had to chase on 18 Feb & again on 19 Feb. He said he'd be there at 3pm on 26 Feb but didn't turn up & no reply to msgs! Why not let people know if you don't have time? It's dangerous to leave gas boilers unserviced!
