We contacted Neil to provide a quote to replace some blown double glazing units in my parents’ property. He arrived promptly, assessed the work required and provided a quote within several options within a few hours. The work and price was agreed on the phone the same day. He gave us an expected date for the availability of the replacement window panels, and contacted us the moment they were available. He and his team fitted them the following day.
