Prompt reply and was the only 1 of 3 contacts that persevered when having problems contacting us with the provided phone number. Very competitive pricing for a replacement sealed window unit and arrived to carry out the replacement at the agreed time. All done within 30 minutes. As Neil was leaving I had a query regarding adjustment of the front door in its frame and Neil adjusted this for us.

Neil gave a fast and fair quote for replacing six double-glazed units in my house. I accepted his quote and he immediately ordered the new units. The 26-year-old windows weren't designed for easy glass replacement (to put it mildly) and several problems arose. But Neil and Ben persevered until they'd made a perfect job of all six installations. I couldn't be more pleased!
