Paul was terrific. He dealt with two difficult jobs very professionally and with great skill. He is a genuinely nice person and we had no problem at all leaving him in our house when we had to go out. The work was carried out with no mess and no fuss and we are absolutely delighted with the result.

Flexible pipes replaced after leak. Isolation levers installed. Bath and sink drainage checked and updated. Fair price. Happy customer. Would recommend.

Paul was great. He came next day, fitted the new valve and made sure the new fitting was compatible with the old pipework. I would definitely recommend him.

Really recommend! Paul gave some good advice about types of radiators and how I could manage decorating around this job. When he came to drain and remove the radiators he even helped bring in a flooring delivery. I’d booked for Paul to come back a few days later to fit the radiators but had challenges with delivery of 2 of the radiators. He was incredibly patient and came to fit the three radiators I had, then returned as soon as I had the final 2 radiators almost two weeks later. He did not charge extra for having to come back and drain them again. Great quality and reliability!
