  Wow, what a great job Andy did today. I have moved to Kempston and needed my Freesat box installed, and was not expecting any problems. However, due to a very large tree being in the way and restrictions on the building I am in, it took 4 hours and lots of checking, but finally success. I can’t fault the dedication and persistence to complete the job regardless of the obstacles. The customer service is great, from my phone call to book the appointment to the completion. I will happily recommend Necessity Services Ltd to friends and family. Thank you so much.

  Security Camera installation

  Found fault on initial visit. Came back after quote and installed camera supplied by me. Rewired, sorted out loads of needless cabling. Would recommend them to anyone

  Mark and Andy arrived within the time frame given to tackle an intermittent problem I have been having with my tv aerial for several years. They were very tenacious and so far, so good, it appears that they have been able to fix it. Fingers crossed it stays that way!

  Upgrade Intruder Alarm

  From the moment I contacted Mark was in constant contact with me. Informing me of the options available to us. We found his quote to be competitive. Andy was the engineer who arrived to fit the alarm he was professional and courteous. He did an efficient job and took time to explain how to use the alarm.   Intruder Alarm Upgrade

  We were very pleased with the service we had from this company. Mark was clear about what was needed to upgrade our intruder alarm. He was quick and efficient at providing a quote. Andy the engineer was professional. his was tidy and quick. He took time to explain how everything worked and we feel confident that the system is exactly what we needed for a fair price.

  Satellite Installation

  I left my information for a request for quote on the website and got a call later that day, speaking to Mark where a reasonable price was give and date booked in. All nice and easy and straight forward. On the day of installation, Andy turned up who was very friendly, approachable, honest, and professional. He kept me informed as to what his plans were for the install and what he’d do. After completing the job he got me to inspect the work and talked through what he’d done to make sure I was happy. He also setup our Freesat box for us, so that we could flick through straight away.
