Good communication with Mark and it was very easy to explain what I required. Andy arrived on time as agreed and set to work in a very professional manner. He was always available to explain what he was planning to do and patiently answered all my questions. Very happy and highly recommend this company.

Our house's thick stone walls prevented a signal from reaching one third of the house. Mark and Andy solved the problem by hardwiring for Broadband and Wi-Fi, obtaining our neighbours' agreement to run cabling in their land alongside our boundary wall. They concealed all wiring, both externally and internally, leaving a very neat finished job. Mark and Andy pay great attention to detail, leave everything clean and tidy, and always have a Plan B if necessary. They explain everything very clearly, and it has been a pleasure to have them in our home. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Following the installation of Solar Panels by Octopus Energy we lost access to most of the TV channels, Mark (necessity services limited) responded very promptly to the issues caused by Octopus. Initially suggested a new outside aerial but then once on site Mark found a cheaper less intrusive solution ie relocating the existing loft aerial to another part of the loft, saving us money. Whilst Mark was hear we took the opportunity to ask him to install a new aerial outlet and adjacent power socket which will be hidden by a new TV once mounted on the wall.

Mark and Necessity Services Ltd recently installed a new rock solid internet link for an outbuilding we were constructing in woodland, where Wi-Fi from the main building couldn't reach. Mark ran an armoured fibre optic cable between the buildings and installed all necessary hardware in the outbuilding. He and his team were excellent throughout—clear communication, timely work aligned with our build schedule, and cost-effective solutions. We're already considering CCTV and other services from Mark, and I highly recommend Necessity Services Ltd.
