The urgency of my call to Andrew was immediately appreciated (as was the fact that both my wife and I are in our late 70s) and he was able to attend my house within the hour. His work was excellent and it allowed British Gas engineers to reinstate the supply , so that we could have heating and hot water once more. If I have any future roofing problems, I would not hesitate to call Andrew.

Very good communication throughout, with the work explained clearly at every stage. Very good focus on customer satisfaction, including resolving minor issues promptly and positively.

Andrew was the first to reply, came promptly to assess my small jobs and managed to fit me in quickly. Courteous and efficient, and very reasonably priced. Even checked on a neighbour whose smoke alarm had gone off! Recommend highly.

Andrew and his team did a really thorough job of stripping our roof of all the tiles, battens and the old bitumen underfelf. Then replacing the underfelt with a breathable underfelt, replaced all the battens then replaced any damaged tiles, then cleaned and reused any roof tiles that were sound. They also installed a new 'dry ridge' to the top of the roof, they also installed 'drip trays (eaves drip)'. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. The team were courteous and great to have around, cleaning up each day and checking we were happy. We thoroughly recommend.

Contacted Neate Roofing Services via Checkatrade as we had some rain water penetrating our garage roof where it joins the house. Communication from Andrew was excellent, telling us which day he could attend to have a look at the problem and also on the day ringing to advise when he would be arriving. Andrew is very personable, honest and helpful and didn't try to tell us that other work needed doing on the house as another contractor had. Both Andrew and James were very pleasant to deal with on the day of the repair work, taking photos to show us what had been done. Highly recommended.
