Andrew and his team did a really thorough job of stripping our roof of all the tiles, battens and the old bitumen underfelf. Then replacing the underfelt with a breathable underfelt, replaced all the battens then replaced any damaged tiles, then cleaned and reused any roof tiles that were sound. They also installed a new 'dry ridge' to the top of the roof, they also installed 'drip trays (eaves drip)'. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. The team were courteous and great to have around, cleaning up each day and checking we were happy. We thoroughly recommend.

Contacted Neate Roofing Services via Checkatrade as we had some rain water penetrating our garage roof where it joins the house. Communication from Andrew was excellent, telling us which day he could attend to have a look at the problem and also on the day ringing to advise when he would be arriving. Andrew is very personable, honest and helpful and didn't try to tell us that other work needed doing on the house as another contractor had. Both Andrew and James were very pleasant to deal with on the day of the repair work, taking photos to show us what had been done. Highly recommended.

I have just had a new roof with velux windows fitted by Neate roofing, I would just like to say what a wonderful job they have done. I discussed what I wanted with Andrew Neate and then basically left him to it, he obviously listened to what I was saying because I now have exactly what I wanted. Andy and his team have done several different sized jobs for me since we came to Bristol 18 months ago and I would highly recommend them - fast, efficient, great communication, work is top notch, good value for money and Andy and his team are very friendly and professional. He has gone above and beyond more than once for us and I would not hesitate to recommend for any roofing jobs you need.

Contacted due to our old flat roof leaking inside and causing chaos. Andy called me back within minutes to ask about the situation and even dropped by that afternoon to see it and give us a quote. The work started a few days later! The quality of the work is amazing, they left absolutely no mess and the customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Andrew and the team completed a partial re-build of our chimney and later returned to re-bed ridge tiles on our roof. We are very happy with the job. Andrew was brilliant at staying in touch, and when work was delayed due to poor weather and other circumstances outside his control, he remained in contact - which we really appreciated. Andrew also went above and beyond to source and fit some replacement roof tiles that were damaged and no longer readily available.
