Neater Heat recently undertook a repair of my broken boiler. The attending engineer was very thorough, courteous and extremely professional in his approach to fault-finding in order to resolve the problem. Neater Heat then undertook further remediation work to fully service the boiler, which is now running very well. Initially to have the gas boiler serviced. As the boiler had not had a service in over 2 years I was expecting some work to be required.
