Efficient, on time, explained the issue clearly and fixed it being tidy and neat. Very courteous and professional throughout. Sunday emergency call out so we were great full to have a working boiler within a short time.

Incredibly fast responce time, between initial call and engineer onsite and diagnosing issue was 30mins. Josh was thorough, timely and happy to give advice, options and answer any questions. Happy to reccomend

I've relied on Neater Heat for sometime to service and maintain my underfloor central heating and hot water store. However, not only are they great with gas boilers and water, they do electrical work, solar PV and battery storage!! Everything you need to be green and energy efficient from a great team. I'm really looking forward to saving money by using stored energy generated by my own PV panels and safe in the knowledge it's been professionally installed by the excellent engineers at Neater Heat. I Highly Recommend.

Neater heat responded to my request very quickly and availability a couple of days later. The Engineer was polite, tidy and thorough.

Great service! Wasn't an emergency, but got an engineer booked in to come around the next day. He found the problem quickly and went through it with me (I asked lots of questions as I'm technically minded!). The issue came back the next day, but another engineer came around within two hours of my call and the problem was fixed. Highly recommended :)
