I have used Neater Heat for boiler and fire services as well as recently thermostat issues. Always friendly, professional, excellent communication, give great advice but don’t push their opinion on products or choices and I think good value for money. Every single employee, office or trade, have been a pleasure to deal with. I will use again and would highly recommend Neater Heat for anyone looking for top service.

Neater Heat recently undertook a repair of my broken boiler. The attending engineer was very thorough, courteous and extremely professional in his approach to fault-finding in order to resolve the problem. Neater Heat then undertook further remediation work to fully service the boiler, which is now running very well. Neater Heat is a great company with high customer services value and superb heating engineers. Highly recommended.

Great company. Great service very helpful and explains everything really well. We required extra work which was explained to us in detail. They were back with the new parts a couple of days later. All done. Great experience and will keep using their boiler service package.

Initially to have the gas boiler serviced. As the boiler had not had a service in over 2 years I was expecting some work to be required. Neater Heat gave me an estimate for the parts and labour which I excepted. The work was carried out very professionally.
