  Drain blockage

  NDL Plumbing and Heating were called out for a drain blockage. The job proved to be much more complicated than initially thought. Brandon and his partner worked tirelessly to resolve the issues, were polite and explained the situations well. Price was fair and they left everything clean and tidy (despite the job being extremely messy!) Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

  Potential water leak

  Ceiling bulging in the hallway, potentially from a leak as the bathroom is above. Brandon came and investigated, to find signs of a previous leak and put my mind at ease of no further leaks. He communicated well, talked me through everything and advised on next steps.

  Beware of these bandits!

  We contacted NDL plumbing in bromsgrove to connect a countertop dishwasher! Firstly they charged £160 for 15 minutes work! No parts were supplied,they connected a waste pipe which still had a safety cap on end thus resulting in the dishwasher not draining we didn’t realise that this was the problem so we disconnected Ubend because we thought it was leaking then we discovered the safety cap was still connected to waste pipe which they had connected that way. Unable to put pipework back together properly without it leaking we had to instruct another plumber to correct NDL plumbing mess!

  Sorry to hear you have had a bad experience, but for a same day appointment and parts was supplied as you didn't have the connections to connect it. We discussed on the phone that there's a call out fee and an hour rate and you was happy. No plumber will charge you 15 minutes it will always be an hour even if its 5 minutes. We also got you to put the dishwasher on and everything was fine while we was there.

  Really quick service!

  NDL contacted me within 10 minutes of me posting my query. They were just about to finish a job a few miles away and came round within the hour to look at the job and quote for it. The quote was fair, and the job was completed 30 minutes later. Very quick, clean and professional.

  Water leak

  Responded quickly, a leaky valve to washing machine, found the fault, fixed it straight away, Brandon and his brother were very pleasant, and would strongly recommend them.
