  Replacing 2 x push button toilet flush mechanisms

  - Took a number of weeks to an agree a date to visit. - Waited a number of weeks for parts. - Parts were replaced, and then additional follow up work was recommended to find a leak. This involved ripping out tiles at a cost of £600. - I’ve since used a different plumber, the wrong parts were fitted and weren’t compatible with the system in place. No extra access was needed hence the tiles did not need removing. - In addition he left the bathroom in a real mess after half finishing the job. Also billed the maximum amount quoted. - Difficult to recommend this standard of work

  Replacing sink, tap, and radiator valves

  Brendan was very efficient at replacing the sink & tap in our utility room, even though we discovered that the 1000mm sink I had obtained didn't fit on the 1000mm cupboard as expected. However, he found a way through the difficulties and it looks great in the room. He also replaced a couple of radiator TRVs which had been leaking for some time, which was not an easy job due to the short pipes. All jobs were done in a friendly manner and the rooms left tidy afterwards.

  Refit Sink Outlet and Tap

  Brandon was really friendly and got on with the job which was a little tricky in places. Very efficient, reliable and a reasonable price, especially for a Saturday morning! Kept us informed all the way. Would highly recommend
