Super fast service and responded immediately my request was posted. Very clear communication as to what the problem might be as well as timings. Managed to fit me in within hours of the initial contact and sorted the issue within minutes. Really polite gentlemen and respectful of me and my home. Keeping their number on speed dial if needed again and would 100% use them going forward. Price very competitive as well.

Really great work. Completed quickly and efficiently and answered any questions I had. We’re very helpful and managed to fix everything we needed doing.

- Took a number of weeks to an agree a date to visit. - Waited a number of weeks for parts. - Parts were replaced, and then additional follow up work was recommended to find a leak. This involved ripping out tiles at a cost of £600. - I’ve since used a different plumber, the wrong parts were fitted and weren’t compatible with the system in place. No extra access was needed hence the tiles did not need removing. - In addition he left the bathroom in a real mess after half finishing the job. Also billed the maximum amount quoted. - Difficult to recommend this standard of work

Brendan was very efficient at replacing the sink & tap in our utility room, even though we discovered that the 1000mm sink I had obtained didn't fit on the 1000mm cupboard as expected. However, he found a way through the difficulties and it looks great in the room. He also replaced a couple of radiator TRVs which had been leaking for some time, which was not an easy job due to the short pipes. All jobs were done in a friendly manner and the rooms left tidy afterwards.

Brandon managed to fit us in at very short notice for a relatively small job. Excellent,work and communication with us. Competitive price and we will definitely use again.
