Team arrived on date and time as scheduled. Friendly, courteous and professional, the repair (replacement heated towel rail element) was completed fairly quickly, no mess or fuss, they even improved a lacklustre job made by a previous contractor with the application of some mastic. Price was reasonable. In addition, NCD run an automated message service for appointments + reminders, which was useful. They also sourced a more suitable replacement part that will save me energy costs over time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NCD to others. Job location: DT11Lounge lighting failed, electrician quickly diagnosed faulty dimmer switch and replaced with new. Fault reported at 10:00am, repair completed by 13:30. Outstanding service by pleasant staff.10 Professional and reliable service
