Nathan replied to my voicemail enquiry within a couple of hours. He asked me to send an explanatory email, and replied to that the same evening. He agreed to call the next day, and I received a courtesy text that morning confirming his visit. He arrived early, and put on overshoes on my front doorstep in order not to walk any dirt into my house - impressive!! He identified the problem quickly, collected replacement items from his supplier, and completed the job most efficiently.
