Team arrived on date and time as scheduled. Friendly, courteous and professional, the repair (replacement heated towel rail element) was completed fairly quickly, no mess or fuss, they even improved a lacklustre job made by a previous contractor with the application of some mastic. Price was reasonable. In addition, NCD run an automated message service for appointments + reminders, which was useful. They also sourced a more suitable replacement part that will save me energy costs over time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NCD to others. Many thanks.

we had an electrical fault caused by water. Although it was easily solved they were with us very quickly, checked the equipment and gave advice. They were polite friendly and efficient.

They turned up as arranged and were thorough and informative, the guys that attended were very pleasant and I will have no hesitation in using them again.

Lounge lighting failed, electrician quickly diagnosed faulty dimmer switch and replaced with new. Fault reported at 10:00am, repair completed by 13:30. Outstanding service by pleasant staff.
