Very good and efficient service

No hesitation in awarding the grades above. NCD, Nathan - the owner - and his team have been my ‘go to’ for all electrical work during the nearly ten year renovation of my three bedroom detached home. Also no hesitation when recommending above to friends and relatives.

Nathan replied to my voicemail enquiry within a couple of hours. He asked me to send an explanatory email, and replied to that the same evening. He agreed to call the next day, and I received a courtesy text that morning confirming his visit. He arrived early, and put on overshoes on my front doorstep in order not to walk any dirt into my house - impressive!! He identified the problem quickly, collected replacement items from his supplier, and completed the job most efficiently. His service and professionalism were exemplary and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Josh was brilliant, he was dead helpful and explained everything really well (we bought the house but the owner had passed away so we couldn’t ask any questions to them). He fixed all the issues and I will definitely be back in touch if anything else electrical breaks haha thank you!
