Nik was very prompt and personable, listened to what I wanted and his work was extremely thorough, moving furniture including beds to give a brilliant finish, even removing old ingrained stains on a cream carpet. Nik is fantastic and was happy to carry out the work on a Saturday when the offices were not in use at no extra charge. The job took longer than he had expected but he did not charge extra for this. This was the second time having Nik over to clean our front room carpet. Nik is very polite and excellent communications.
