Nik is fantastic and was happy to carry out the work on a Saturday when the offices were not in use at no extra charge. The job took longer than he had expected but he did not charge extra for this. Very happy with the quality of work completed and would happily recommend to others.

Very happy with the results of Nik’s carpet cleaning! Our carpets became heavily soiled during building works and I held out little hope they could be restored… but Nik worked a minor miracle! My expectations were definitely exceeded. Nik responded quickly to my initial request, and communications throughout were very good indeed.
