Kate was great to start with and when I noticed that her liability was not sufficient I asked if we could meet to see which was the best way forward to include the extra she had to pay into the weekly cleaning costs. She then became quite curt with her messages and in the end refused to meet to discuss finer details. Very Disappointing! We have been lucky here at Mill House B&B to have worked with Kate from Natural Clean for 4 years. Kate always arrives punctually with a happy smile ready to start work which we appreciate every day and deals with every cleaning task in her stride!
