Kate was great to start with and when I noticed that her liability was not sufficient I asked if we could meet to see which was the best way forward to include the extra she had to pay into the weekly cleaning costs. She then became quite curt with her messages and in the end refused to meet to discuss finer details. Very Disappointing! And Quite rude actually.

You initially asked for a lower hourly rate, then requested i double my insurance cover adding £60pm to my costs. At that point it was clear the arrangement wasn’t sustainable, so i chose not to proceed. That decision wasn’t rude it necessary. Kate
