  Very professional from start to finish. Communication was great throughout - the quote was provided promptly and the repair slot was confirmed quickly. We were kept informed of the timing and received an update when they were on their way. Excellent service and would definitely recommend!

  Complete replumb of three bedroom apartment in TW7

  Shane of Natuca Ltd carried out complete replumb of our apartment in TW7. This included solving some complicated routes for the waste for two new bathrooms and new kitchen. He also gave design advice with regards to locating the boiler and utility meters for the apartment. He is professional, diligent and come highly recommended.

  Brilliant and reasonably priced

  Shane was absolutely brilliant at repairing a burst pipe in my basement.Even though he couldn’t turn off the external stopcock due it being buried he used his ingenuity to resolve the issue and all within a very reasonable price I very highly recommend Natuca ltd and they are now my go to plumbers

  PERFECTION IN PLUMBING

  At 10:30am, having discovered a leaking pipe (under mains pressure) in my kitchen, I called Shane. He arrived a few minutes before eleven. He proved knowledgeable, calm, courteous and tidy. Not only did he fix the leak but also recommended some modest additional work to cure the problem once and for all. This has been a recurrent nuisance for decades but every other plumber just put sticking plaster on it. I've already recommended him to a neighbour new to the area and expect this will be the first of many referrals.

  Shane installed a new wc, cistern and sink for us, he was friendly and professional, he carried out the work efficiently and to a very high standard. We were so impressed with his manner, excellent standard of work and knowledge that we are looking to have him replace our bath also. Highly recommended.
