Absolutely amazing experience. Very professional and polite. Shane was available to answer any questions I had and always offered great advice. Work was done to an excellent level. I was able to have the work done at a day and time that suited me. Would highly recommend for any type of plumbing work.

Shane was great from the first email to when the job was completed, always kept me updated and managed to problem solve the intermittent noises I was having with my pipework, when he visited he was respectful of my property and left my flat clean & tidy, so glad to have found a reliable plumber!!!

We are very pleased with the work carried out by Shane and his apprentice. They power flushed our aging central heating system and fitted a new radiator. Very considerate and fitted in with some difficult customer constraints.

Shane has done 3 jobs for me now...installed a vertical rad, and 2 jobs on my cistern. All done very professionally. He is a lovely kind and polite man who def will do a great job for you. Installed two internal water metres. Made excellent suggestions for locations and assisted with Thames Water comissioning. I would highly recommend Natuca this is a professional company.
