  Installing and commissioning UFH

  We recently had Natuca install a wet underfloor heating (UFH) system as part of our renovation project, and we're thoroughly impressed with their service.   Blocked drains and fitting shower unit

  Excellent service from Shane, first dealing with a serious problem with blocked drains which was resolved in a very professional manner and then fitting a new shower unit resulting in a vast improvement in the performance of the shower. First class.

  New family bathroom

  Absolutely love our new family bathroom thanks to Shane at Natuca. From the moment we made contact with Shane we were impressed with his level of knowledge and professionalism. He made recommendations on the new layout and design of our bathroom to allow us to have a separate bath and shower.   New family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom

  Shane and his team are very professional and were able to work around a busy house with young children in/out. They were able to advise us of the best solutions to suit our needs and we were really able to hand over control and leave them to get on with the work which is exactly what we were looking for.

  Problematic leaking tap!

  Professional, polite, and excellent communication! Shane replied to my initial message and called me. He then showed up when he said he would. He totally understood the assignment. Talked through options and costs and potential problems. Fixed the issue in a way that works for minimum cost while we decide the extent of future bathroom renovations. I’ve been trying for a month to get a plumber to fix this! Shane sorted it within a day of my first message. He’s a keeper!
