Did a great job covering a list of our plumbing issues!

Shane was very friendly and responded very quickly. Great communication, great work and we will definitely be going to him for anything else we need!

First rate, punctual and efficient

Lovely guys who came out to do the job :) Shane was very respectful the whole time during all communications, wasn’t pushy, was friendly, and listened when I asked to be contacted via message due to not always being able to answer my phone (despite saying this on my advert and in direct messages to companies, some still bombarded me with calls which Shane never did so huge bonus points just for that). Work was completed great, and they tidied up after themselves. Would definitely use again, and have recommended them to a couple of people. Also, it’s good they accept payment through here.

If you need plumber, then call Shane. I had a running tap that wouldn’t turn off. Shane fixed it but then the hot water valve got stuck and the spindle broke off!! What was meant to be a one hour job turned into two and Shane stayed and sorted it all out. Thank you Shane! I no longer have a running tap keeping me awake.

Shane and his team are brilliant. From the initial appointment he came around, gave us great advice on what radiator sizes to have per room and where we should relocate them too. He gave us several options on different radiators and helped us choose what was right for us. His work is flawless, and he works very carefully in your house and is clean/ tidy. This is the second time we’ve used Shane and his team (the previously installed a new hot water tank and pump) and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work. We will be using again when we do our extension.
