We had poor water pressure in the property so got Shane around for investigation work. He explained the issue and gave us a few possible solutions explaining the pros and cons of each. In the end we decided to go for removing the gravity system and replacing it with a new unvented cylinder and a booster pump. Water pressure is great now through the property. Shane and his team are very professional, knowledgable & work very hard. You feel more than comfortable having them in your home. They are tidy, respectful and do a very high quality job. Will be using Shane for all future plumbing work
