Job location: LU7We had Tom over to look at our property and the although the original quote was cheaper than the overall quote we was happy for a good job and the damp in our very old house to be gone.10 New roof down pipe and damp proofing

We had a new roof and down pipe done by Tom and the team including some damp proofing. I needed a new gutter. However, Tom discovered that the both the felt and roof battens had deteriorated so they did a full roof refurbishment installing a new breathable membrane and new super treated roof battens, re-installed existing roof tiles. Re-installed ridge tiles in a dry ridge system and a new dry verge. Removed all moss from tiles and treated with a most resistant. Installed new rain water system. Installed new lead flashing to chimney. Tom was very helpful and explained every step of the project.
