  Tom and his crew did an excellent job in installing new membrane and battens and refitting the existing tiles on our ground floor extension - even replacing any cracked tiles and removing all the moss. They left the garden completely clean and tidy once work was completed. I will not hesitate to use Tom's services in the future. Great job - thanks.

  Tom inspected my roof with me whilst he was working next door. I had some slipped slates and damp problems. It soon became apparent that the (130yr old) roof needed drastic surgery. Within 2 days scaffolding was erected and stripping commenced, Complete roof slating was replaced to match the existing within a week. Tom provides excellent service, any minor issues I had were very quickly resolved and he went far & wide to obtain clay ridge tiles to match any broken ones. (unfortunately I will not be around to see if the new lasts as long as the original😥). I definitely recommend National R&B

  Replace rotton roof battens ,felt and old lead. Replace broken roof tiles.

  We had a leak from our roof which needed urgent attention. Tom was quick to respond and upon inspection discovered that the membrane and lead around the dormer were failing. apon closer inspection the battons had totally deterierated. we were due to go on holiday in a few days so were stressing about the roof. Tom got the job booked in and his team arrived in due course. We were amazed by the teams work ethic who worked on the fisrt day during some heavy rain and cold to make the house water tight then returned to complete the work to a high standard the next day.

  Amazing service provided at a time in need!

  What we thought was a small leak in one area, turned out to be a huge terminal problem for the property in the entire roof of our property. After a thorough and professional evaluation by the team, they found all the issues and did a fantastic job. They were prompt, worked swiftly (as it was a massive problem and we had a new born baby in the house), plus it was raining for the majority of the time the work was being done. Everything was videoed and documented They went over and above to help us out in a time of need. Excellent service, couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
