We had Tom over to look at our property and the although the original quote was cheaper than the overall quote we was happy for a good job and the damp in our very old house to be gone.

We had a new roof and down pipe done by Tom and the team including some damp proofing. The house is extremely old but he done a great job and got rid of the damp in the property

The work was an unexpected expense, but they were in the right place at the right time (doing neighbour’s roof). Very quick and efficient turnaround. Work seems to be of a good quality. Happy with the result.

I needed a new gutter. However, Tom discovered that the both the felt and roof battens had deteriorated so they did a full roof refurbishment installing a new breathable membrane and new super treated roof battens, re-installed existing roof tiles. Re-installed ridge tiles in a dry ridge system and a new dry verge. Removed all moss from tiles and treated with a most resistant. Installed new rain water system. Installed new lead flashing to chimney. Tom was very helpful and explained every step of the project. All work was to my satisfaction and I would fully recommend them.
