  Single storey extension

  Dave, Adam, and the team were a great asset to this build right from the start. They helped with dealing with all aspects prior to starting building, helping us navigate planning, building regs, and strutural engineers. The build itself was carried out excellently, they were all very professional as well as friendly. They were very easy to get hold of, and they made every effort to help and advise us when needed.

  Roof & Fascia Work

  After finding out the batons on our roof were rotted, we needed them replacing and also had the felt re-laid. Myter Construction gave us a very reasonable quote for the work and completed in a timely manner. Whilst the scaffolding was up, we then requested our fascias doing too, which they were more than happy to add on to the job. We found Dave, Adam and their team hard working, polite and efficient. We would be happy to use them again and recommend them to others.

  Demolition and Bathroom installation

  All the guys working for Myter are very professional, friendly and skilled. Within the first couple of days they had already removed a load bearing wall, removed a shower room, removed a 2nd bathroom wall and erected new stud walls for a new shower room & bathroom extension, I was very impressed. It was easy to get hold of them when I had queries or updates during the times they were offsite. They made every effort to speak with me when they encountered some issues that deviated from my original plans. The quality of work carried out was to a high standard. I would definitely recommend them.

  Build of significant kitchen/diner extension and garage conversion

  Myter completed the build of a significant kitchen/diner extension and garage conversion to our property, which required demolotion of a 1960s construction and the complete new build from sewage pipes up of the extension. Myter kept to our agreed price and where scope needed to change we always had a constructive conversation about checks and balances to keep to parity on cost. We formed a great working relationship with David and Adam (from Myter) and the other workers and trades they used along the way and we are absolutely delighted with the results!!!

  Bedroom and bathroom conversion

  A professional and friendly local building firm that came to price the job when first approached. That's a positive start in itself. A 4 week job that they could fit in amongst other projects in a short period. They started when they could and finished just after the expected time but due to certain changes made. A great team across builders, electricians, plumbers, plasterers and decorators. All turned up when they said they would and worked late or weekends to get the job done. A really great finished project and very pleased. Scheduling them in for a larger project.

  Loft conversion

  Myter came to our rescue after our previous builder lost control of our loft conversion project, helping us rectify issues with the structural work previously undertaken and correcting poor-quality workmanship before moving on to complete outstanding tasks. The team was brilliant in supporting us to find a way forward during what was an absolutely devastating time for us. The care and attention they showed to our project was impeccable. Always in good spirits and fun to be around, they helped us turn what had become a complete nightmare back to the vision we had set out to achieve.
