At Cumnor Cricket Club in Oxfordshire, we had a vision to transform our dated upstairs function room into a modern multi-use space. The team at Myter Construction, led by Dave, have made this vision a reality. What started off as relatively simple job of raising the ceiling height to install some skylight windows, it soon turned out to be more complex. The roof extensive structural repairs but Myter just took the challenge in their stride. They have offered advice, helped source materials and been extremely good value for money. Myter helped us navigate a tricky build that began as a “simple” garage conversion but evolved into a single-storey home extension requiring new footings and a retaining wall due to poor work by previous builders. They handled the extra out-of-scope challenges with ease, and despite the added workload, nearly met the original agreed deadline. We were very happy with the excellent build quality, their professionalism, and throughout the project their communication—across all stages, including additional work and budget changes—was consistently clear and concise.

Dave, Adam, and the team were a great asset to this build right from the start. They helped with dealing with all aspects prior to starting building, helping us navigate planning, building regs, and strutural engineers. The build itself was carried out excellently, they were all very professional as well as friendly. They were very easy to get hold of, and they made every effort to help and advise us when needed.

After finding out the batons on our roof were rotted, we needed them replacing and also had the felt re-laid. Myter Construction gave us a very reasonable quote for the work and completed in a timely manner. Whilst the scaffolding was up, we then requested our fascias doing too, which they were more than happy to add on to the job. We found Dave, Adam and their team hard working, polite and efficient. We would be happy to use them again and recommend them to others.
