Mike replaced our failed water cylinder in a timely and professional manner. The quality of his work is excellent as is his communications. Mike has performed other plumbing work for us in the past which was completed in an equally professional way. We had no heating and Mike responded quickly. He came to our house and did a diagnostic and isolated the problem. He fixed it there and then (he had spare parts with him). We we're delighted! He took the time to explain in detail what the issue was and did a superb job at a very reasonable rate. Mike provided an excellent, friendly and competent service. We had an ongoing, longstanding issue with our shower where it was no longer being manufactured as a unit, however the parts were still available. The shower had begun to lose its heat and a previous worker attended, advised that the cartridge for our unit was no longer manufactured, and he fitted one which was "similar" Mike resolved the issue once I found the correct cartridge and also helped out with a couple of other annoying plumbing (we couldn't find our mains cut off and upstairs toilet flush) Mike did a fantastic job, Thanks!!Verified reviewerJob location: HP13
