We had no heating and Mike responded quickly. He came to our house and did a diagnostic and isolated the problem. He fixed it there and then (he had spare parts with him). We we're delighted! He took the time to explain in detail what the issue was and did a superb job at a very reasonable rate. I honestly couldn't recommend him enough.

Mike was great. Punctual, good communication and his attention to detail was superb. Mike checked everything to ensure the basin was hung straight and the taps were aligned to match.

Mike provided an excellent, friendly and competent service. We had an ongoing, longstanding issue with our shower where it was no longer being manufactured as a unit, however the parts were still available. The shower had begun to lose its heat and a previous worker attended, advised that the cartridge for our unit was no longer manufactured, and he fitted one which was "similar" Mike resolved the issue once I found the correct cartridge and also helped out with a couple of other annoying plumbing (we couldn't find our mains cut off and upstairs toilet flush) Mike did a fantastic job, Thanks!!

Mike was very good and did everything efficiently and courteously. The standard of the work was excellent and he explained everything to me. I will definitely use him again, and would reccommend.

Mike is a very reliable and knowledgeable professional who clearly knows his line of work inside out. He is engaging and communicates to you what he’s doing and why which is incredibly reassuring. He is punctual and quick to respond to any queries. Not one to shy away from an challenging job, Mike really puts in the effort to ensure that your problem is resolved efficiently and to an excellent standard. Furthermore, Mike will identify any additional problems that need addressing; not as a way to drum up extra work, but to simply ensure your safety. I would recommend Mike to anyone.

Mike was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. He did a great service on my boiler and explained what he did. Very thorough and clean worker. Would definitely recommend Mike.
