  Mark was able to service my boiler and sort out the problems I had with radiators not heating as they should plus the water pressure to the shower being so poor. Absolutely delighted with the work carried out and with Mark's professional but friendly manner. I will be recommending his business to friends and family.

  I noticed that I had a problem with my kitchen tap and called Mark (after having used him previously) to arrange an appointment to come and fix it. Not only did Mark get back to me on the same day, to arrange an appointment, he also turned up when he said he would, as well as calling me 10 minutes before to say he was on his way. Once at my property, I found Mark to be a very tidy worker, explaining what he was doing as he worked. Outstanding service. I would highly recommend Mark to anybody..

  I called Mark very last minute as I didn’t have any hot water. Mark turned up on time, even calling 10 minutes before to say he was on his way. The work was carried out with a full explanation and breakdown of what he was doing. I found Mark to be very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend.

  Mark gave our boiler a good through check to ensure it was working well for upcoming winter months. I was concerned about a few things before his visit and he put my mind at ease with his through knowledge and explained everything clearly to me.

  Mark’s great. I’ve used his services several times now and have no doubt his knowledge and competency. He’s very friendly and communicative, has a wealth of experience, always turns up on time, works cleanly and quickly and charges are always as quoted. I can’t recommend him highly enough and will definitely be calling him again for boiler services and repairs.

  We were told our boiler needed replacing for over £3,000, but Mark from MW Plumbing came, diagnosed the real issue, and repaired it the same day—for a fraction of the cost. He was professional, honest, and clearly knows his stuff. He took the time to explain everything and was respectful throughout. It’s rare to find such trustworthy service. Highly recommend Mark if you want quality work without unnecessary upselling. We’ll definitely use him again!
