Mark came round and had a look at the boiler and explained everything wrong with it and was very honest. He did everything he could to make sure it was stable so we can continue to use the boiler until we sort a replacement.

Mark was able to service my boiler and sort out the problems I had with radiators not heating as they should plus the water pressure to the shower being so poor. Absolutely delighted with the work carried out and with Mark's professional but friendly manner. I will be recommending his business to friends and family.

I noticed that I had a problem with my kitchen tap and called Mark (after having used him previously) to arrange an appointment to come and fix it. Not only did Mark get back to me on the same day, to arrange an appointment, he also turned up when he said he would, as well as calling me 10 minutes before to say he was on his way. I called Mark very last minute as I didn’t have any hot water. Mark turned up on time, even calling 10 minutes before to say he was on his way. The work was carried out with a full explanation and breakdown of what he was doing. I found Mark to be very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend.
