  Never turned up, got an unbelievable excuse at the last minute. Gone totally out of communication since then. Very unprofessional. My advice is not to take risk with this company. A frustrated and disappointed customer.

  Fantastic service!

  Great service from this company. Lucas was polite and professional and a pleasure to have in the home. Reasonable quote and very responsive to messages, and came to my rescue when I needed a short notice clean! They did a fantastic job of cleaning our property, especially the stubborn black marks on our walls and the carpets. Would 100% recommend!

  Good for a one off clean, but are abysmal at communication

  Had a deep clean with MV. I asked them to add blinds dusting when they cleaned (by email as I have a speech impairment) and mentioned that the blinds are very fragile and I have something here that needs to be used. Nobody replied, so when the cleaners came, I had written a list. English wasn’t their first language, one lady didn’t speak any English, and importantly the text about my blinds wasn’t read, and some slats were bent. I emailed them, as it’s been difficult to find a good cleaner. I mentioned that despite some things not being put back, their cleaning was good and I wanted to continu

  Do not trust them

  We requested a deep clean of a bungalow. The quality of the work was extremely poor - did not use proper cleaning products just wiped down surfaces with a dry cloth, moving dirt around. Poor cleaning of windows. Had to re-check the quality of the clean 3 times and was charged £70 per hour. Not value for money and will not ever use them again.
