I’ve been using MV Cleaning Service for my regular cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team is reliable, professional, and always leaves my home spotless. They pay great attention to detail and consistently go above and beyond in every visit. Communication is smooth, they are punctual, and I can always trust the quality of their work. Very disappointed in this company, they have consistently missed cleans, taken more money for less time, and the lack of communication is disappointing, they even book services and cancel last minute, without any contact, don’t book with them very dissatisfied customer, they will give you several reasons for lateness and missed cleans and frustrate you, don’t book!!!!

We’ve managed to use their service once and I can’t fault the quality, the house was spotless. However, they have misled us with the price and the cleaning was £20 more than agreed. They also were late and rescheduled couple of times. When trying to rearrange, they again kept rescheduling and then asked us last minute if they can come an hour later. After that no response to email to reschedule. We will not be using them again, need better organisation and communication skills.
