Muller Gas Tech arrived at the time stated. Zsolt was very polite and understanding of my lack of knowledge, explaining everything clearly along the way. The lack of hot water/heating problem with the combi boiler was quickly rectified with the required parts on hand and installed straight away. The corroded and blocked parts shown and explaining how this affects the system to my understanding. I'm happy with the price and will be contacting Muller Gas Tech as needed in the future. Previously had great experiences with them but over the past year or 2 Zsolt has been getting more and more rude to the point where he just called me up and yelled at me about needing to change the job when I had no control over the situation (GTC not communicating with me nor their team, which then changed what Muller needed to do).
