Muller Gas Tech arrived at the time stated. Zsolt was very polite and understanding of my lack of knowledge, explaining everything clearly along the way. The lack of hot water/heating problem with the combi boiler was quickly rectified with the required parts on hand and installed straight away. The corroded and blocked parts shown and explaining how this affects the system to my understanding. I'm happy with the price and will be contacting Muller Gas Tech as needed in the future. Many thanks for the prompt assistance.

Zsolt came and did a service for our gas boiler, he is always very helpful and quick to respond - wouldn't hesistate to recommend him to others.

Previously had great experiences with them but over the past year or 2 Zsolt has been getting more and more rude to the point where he just called me up and yelled at me about needing to change the job when I had no control over the situation (GTC not communicating with me nor their team, which then changed what Muller needed to do). I will no longer be working with them nor recommend them.

Zsolt and his team were amazing. Great communication, prompt from quoting to starting the job and quick and tidy completion. Would highly recommend.
