    Mark and his companion did an outstanding job with the installation of loft ladders and hatch. Communication throughout was very professional and Mark's knowledge and advice was superb.     Loft hatch, insulate, boarding and light

    Mark was excellent. Responded quickly to the initial job request and gave a fair quote, turned up on time (despite the snow!), gave some really good advice on how best to do the job, did it exactly as agreed, and stuck to the quote. Whole job was done in about a week from first request as well which was great, and very friendly and easy to communicate and work with. Would 100% recommend.

    Bedroom loft ladder

    Mark and Damien did a great job in installing my loft ladder. Very pleased with the results. I can now access my loft space with ease. Having high ceilings meant I needed an extension to the ladder, also the lathe & plaster ceiling added further complexity to the job.

We are ideally located in Leeds to provide loft ladders and complementary services for the whole of the Yorkshire region to include Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Sheffield, Halifax, York, Ripon, Humberside and North Lincolnshire.


We fit a range of loft ladders and offer Loft Access deals which include a loft ladder, loft flooring and a light.


Our services allows you to utilise your loft space to its full potential, opening up additional loft storage space in your home. Our ladders allow you safe and easy access to your loft. We are an official stockist of Youngman ladders.

Everything we do at is by fixed price, so regardless of how difficult your project may be you can rest assured that the price you are quoted will be the price you pay. All our prices are inclusive of labour, materials and VAT. We ask for no payment until the work is completed to your satisfaction, which is your guarantee that we will carry out the work the way we say we will.


All our loft ladders are covered by a 10 year warranty which reflects the durability of the complete range of our products. All workmanship is guaranteed for two years on our complete range of services. We have in excess of £1,000,000 product and public liability insurance in place.


A standard loft ladder installation will normally be carried out in less than half a day. For larger projects such as new loft openings, loft flooring or a roof window installation, a start and finish time will be agreed before commencement.
