Mark and his companion did an outstanding job with the installation of loft ladders and hatch. Communication throughout was very professional and Mark's knowledge and advice was superb. Mark was excellent. Responded quickly to the initial job request and gave a fair quote, turned up on time (despite the snow!), gave some really good advice on how best to do the job, did it exactly as agreed, and stuck to the quote. Whole job was done in about a week from first request as well which was great, and very friendly and easy to communicate and work with. Would 100% recommend.

Mark and Damien did a great job in installing my loft ladder. Very pleased with the results. I can now access my loft space with ease. Having high ceilings meant I needed an extension to the ladder, also the lathe & plaster ceiling added further complexity to the job.
