  Replace x2 gully and blockage

  Excellent customer service from Leon at MS Drainage on my tenanted property. Very punctual and professional, keeping me well informed throughout - from day of quotation, undertaking work and upon completion. Initial gully repair identified a complex blockage. Leon addressed all the drainage issues on my property and also notified Yorkshire Water of problem for their resolution. Very diligent and efficient. Will definitely use MS Drainage again.

  Really impressive speedy response to my enquiry. A very quick and efficient service. Both workmen were polite and informative as to the work being carried out. They invited me to view various stages of their work on their camera unit which helped me understand what is involved when re-lining drainage pipes.

  Replacing some drainage pipes and patching others

  From first contact to completion of job Leon was incredibly professional, helpful and friendly. The work was explained fully at all stages and we were shown cctv footage so that we could actually see what work was required and then again when it had been completed . Left the area clean and tidy and very reasonable price and excellent guarantee. Would not hesitate to recommend.

  Blocked Outside Drain Resolved

  Leon did a great job and we would not hesitate to make use of his services again for any of our plumbing issues. He communicated effectively, gave us a call when he was on his way to us and he arrived when he said he would. Our drain was unblocked the same day. Great Job. Thanks.
