9.67 Broken gully pipework and waste pipe leaking to soil

Job location: LS27Leon went above and beyond. We had waste pipes leaking into the ground, which in turn was seeping into the house's foundation and causing a horrible smell indoors. While cleaning and testing everything, he also found a blockage in my manhole and sorted it out straight away. He was simply fantastic with his work - he took the time to clearly explain the situation and what he was going to do, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. - KKaren P

What an absolute gem of a man!! I could not recommend Leon enough, I absolutely would use him again and again. Hard worker, tells you exactly what the issue is and how he’s going to fix it and doesn’t mind questions being asked. He and his colleague went absolutely above and beyond my expectations.
