I have had a brilliant experience with Leon today, he couldn’t have been more helpful and I’m so grateful for his help ! He called me less than 15 minutes after I sent my job to him and gave advice over the phone to try and save us money! In the end he advised that he would need to come and unblock the drain himself. He drove 45 minute with very short notice and has cleared both of our gulleys out and couldn’t have been more friendly or care more about doing the right thing and providing an excellent service. I can’t recommend him enough! Thank you Leon !

Leon went above and beyond. We had waste pipes leaking into the ground, which in turn was seeping into the house's foundation and causing a horrible smell indoors. While cleaning and testing everything, he also found a blockage in my manhole and sorted it out straight away. He was simply fantastic with his work - he took the time to clearly explain the situation and what he was going to do, and kept me informed throughout the whole process.

Prompt and courteous. Excellent communication and showed us what needed doing as well as finished results. Nothing”g was too much trouble for Leon and James. Would definitely recommend.

What an absolute gem of a man!! I could not recommend Leon enough, I absolutely would use him again and again. Hard worker, tells you exactly what the issue is and how he’s going to fix it and doesn’t mind questions being asked. He and his colleague went absolutely above and beyond my expectations.
