I contacted MSD as I was referred via a friend Mark arrived promptly and quoted for a boiler replacement and the relevent bits required to replace the boiler. Once we confirmed that we wanted the work to go ahead MSD was apply to provide a time and date for the work to commence. On the day of the installation Mark arrived and was able to find time to explain what was going on at any time we asked. After a power flush and various other processes the boiler was up and running.
