  Trustworthy & quality boiler installation and service/repairs

  Mark has been my boiler guy for 7 years now and I trust him completely. He’s done two boIler installations for me (first at a property I ended up selling, and then again most recently at my new property). I’ve never had any problems with anything he’s repaired, and his installations have been top quality. He is incredibly fair and trustworthy and charges very reasonable rates for the quality of his workmanship. He’s repaired something for a fraction of the price of other quotes I’ve had, and delivered a higher quality of service. He never upsells. I cannot recommend him enough.

  Gas Boiler Replacement

  Boiler packed it in and was very old so Mark replaced the pressure switch FOC to keep the boiler running for a week until we upgraded to a new boiler that MSD installed. MSD provided a professional service from start to finish and was impressed with the quality of workmanship. Area was kept clean and tidy throughout the works and we were regularly informed of what was going on. The whole system was flushed and cleaned also aswell as all the appropriate paperwork completed to ensure we are fully compliant. Very happy with the service!

  Boiler service and heating repair

  MSD heading and plumbing did a great job. On time efficient, knowledgeable. On a previous visit Mark was helpful for us who are not familiar with the guarantee Ts and Cs of boiler guarantee. Due to incorrect pipe spec having been fitted at time of boiler install by original company (not MSD) we were at risk of invalidating boiler guarantee. Now resolved thanks to them. We've used MSD before and will do so again for annual services and anything else, and would happily recommend them.

  Mark came within 24 hours to fix the boiler. As always he was thorough and got us up and running again quickly. Great advice and communication. Highly recommended Mark for reliability and trustworthiness.
