Mark has been excellent, very good customer service. He is very knowledgeable, tidy and does a great job. We have used Mark for over 10 years now and have recommended him to family and friends without hesitation.

I’ve had two visits so far—one for a boiler service and another to sort out an issue with my radiator—and both times the service was excellent. I had a new boiler installed by MSD. When I have work done by a trade I look for 3 things, knowledge, customer service and value for money. MSD hit all 3 of these. I was taken through the detail, no rubbish was created or left in my premises and the installation was very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending MSD, great job!

We were due for a boiler service, but it turned out there was a major problem and the boiler needed replacing. Mark was so helpful and efficient when it came to explaining the options and then installing the boiler on Monday after only discovering the problem on Friday. We really couldn't have asked for more, thanks again Mark for pulling out the stops to get the boiler installed so quickly!

Matt was excellent from start to finish. Gave honest trustworthy advice. Being Gas Safe registered gave us the confidence that Matt worked under strict guidelines. His expertise was clear, compared to the people who hand installed the previous boiler. His communication was clear, responded promptly, was punctual and arrived when he said he would. He was clean and well presentable, his work was neat and clean, he tidied up after himself. He took the time to explain all the controls in a friendly helpful manner. Provided all the necessary compliance certificates. I can’t recommend Matt enough.
