  Recently had a Daikin Stylish unit installed in my bedroom by matthew from MSB air conditioning and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Not only does the unit look sleek and complement the decor of my room perfectly, but its performance has been outstanding. Matthew was professional and took the time to explain the features of the unit and how to maintain it for optimal performance. The installation process was smooth, and the work area was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend MSB air conditioning- truly 5-star experience!

  Repair air conditioning unit

  It’s very rare that I write a negative review but on this occasion feel it warranted Had this company out to fix a Fujitsu air conditioner that was tripping the electric when the compressor kicks in. After 1.5 hours the response was “The compressor is knackered” which was the entire point of calling for a professional.Maybe I was expecting too much but for £250 I expected it to be fixed or to order a part that would fix. He left,I parted with £250 for the call out. I called another company, they came and found a fault with the circuit board, soldered it within the hour.Cost £99.All working

  Dishonest firm

  Installed an air conditioner in bedroom. Then I find that he has installed a different brand and of lesser capacity( 2.5kw instead of 3.5kw) to what was quoted. Initially tried to bluff and now wouldnt answer my calls or text.Is not giving me any paperwork as well. Put in a complaint but nothing has happened. Please avoid

  The client requested a mitsubishi air conditioner unit that's what was installed originally quoted for a 3.5kw but when I calculated the area the unit I found that a 2.5kw was more than enough the Clent was discounted for and paid the remaining balance

  Air Conditioning install - efficient and courteous

  We shopped around for a number of quotes having no idea where to start. Eventually we agreed on a configuration that would meet our needs and the best option was Matthew from MSB Air Conditioning Limited. The work to install 2 indoor units with ducting to a Multi-Split outside unit was carried out in one day with great efficiency and minimum disturbance at a reasonable price. We can thoroughly recommend MSB for your Air Conditioning needs.
