Not only does the unit look sleek and complement the decor of my room perfectly, but its performance has been outstanding. Matthew was professional and took the time to explain the features of the unit and how to maintain it for optimal performance. The installation process was smooth, and the work area was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend MSB air conditioning- truly 5-star experience!
