Mark was professional throughout the whole process. He ensured that our needs were clearly identified and then met. Initially, it was quoted as a 1 man, 2 day job. However, he bought 2 colleagues with him (pre-planned change). Mark, Rob & Dylan worked hard and completed the job in 1 morning! All 3 were friendly, courteous and reliable. They arrived early, were conscientious and communicated with me throughout and tidied up after the job was completed. They installed 3 air bricks in to 1st floor rooms of our house. Safety practices were seen to be a priority too.

I used MSA for my extension in St Albans. Marks knowledge and professionalism with firstly planning and then the actual build was first class. The finished job was better than I could have imagined and I have recommended, with confidence, MSA to friends and family.
